  • Full refund if cancelled 10 days before check-in.
  • 70% refund if cancelled within 3 days of check-in.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in.

 

Cancellation by Property Owners

 

  • If a property owner cancels a confirmed booking, guests will receive a full refund and assistance in finding an alternative stay.
  • Repeated cancellations may result in penalties or listing suspension.

 

Refund Policy

 

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any service fees may be non-refundable based on the booking terms.
