- 70% refund if cancelled within 3 days of check-in.
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in.
Cancellation by Property Owners
- If a property owner cancels a confirmed booking, guests will receive a full refund and assistance in finding an alternative stay.
- Repeated cancellations may result in penalties or listing suspension.
Refund Policy

- Any service fees may be non-refundable based on the booking terms.
